Lume Box

The newest tool in my holistic healing tool kit. I just recently added the Lume Box to my collection of wellness tools to help aid me in my healing journey. For years I’ve heard about the healing benefits of Red Light Therapy (RLT), but living in a small town I’ve never had access to a clinic that used this type of treatment. It wasn’t until recently that I found this at home RLT device.
I had seen claims that RLT can help with skin issues such as acne, psoriasis, rosacea and eczema along with a plethora of other healing benefits. High inflammation, acne, and psoriasis is something I’ve dealt with for years. Out on a mission to help reduce some of the symptoms ailing me I decided to give this at-home RTL device a try.
I order my device on Black Friday and have been using it ever since it’s come in and so far, I’ve been impressed. Within about four days of use, only 5 minutes sessions, I could see an improvement in my patches of psoriasis. The patches seemed to be drying as if the were healing. On top of the improved look of my skin I also found that I was sleeping better.
This tool is the newest to my holistic healing tool kit, but one I can see myself going back to time and time again. I plan to make a blog post on my one moth review of the Lume Box At home RLT device. Stay tuned!
